Huaxia Chinese School LEGO WeDo Class

Want to gain experience in the first steps of the field of LEGO robotics? That’s exactly what this class will help you to do: building and programming a robotics construction set called LEGO WeDo while following theme-based activities.

Students will not only gain experience in LEGO robotics, they will also:

  1. Experience hands-on learning
  2. Learn independent problem solving
  3. Develop skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)
  4. Use critical thinking as they plan, create, and evaluated the projects that they create
  5. Learn how to debug their programs

The school will provide the use of a Lego WeDo Robotics construction set, a laptop computer, and Lego WeDo Robotics programming software. At the completion of the week, students will present their group projects to whole class.
